The North American Psychoanalytic Confederation (NAPsaC) is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. EIN: 45-5402111.  As a small non-profit with annual gross receipts normally under $50,000, NAPsaC satisfies its annual IRS reporting requirements by filing Form 990-N. Our IRS determination letter, governing bylaws, and annual 990-N filing history are available to the public upon request, or can be viewed directly via the official IRS Tax-Exempt Organization Search tool.
